Licorice Blocks

To produce Licorice Extract Blocks, at first place Sepidan Osareh experts collect the best licorice roots from Iran & also importing from our factory in Azerbaijan Republic.

Later we clean and dry the licorice roots and then the machinery grinds the roots.

In the extraction process, we only add mineral water. there are no chemical additives during the whole process.

The concentrate extract becomes more concentrate by Falling film evaporator. After that it enters the Concentrate Finisher machines for final concentration.

Its taste and flavor is strong and also the color is brownish black.

The concentrated extract poured into the molds which is usually 5 Kgs and then we pack 5 of them in carton in net weight of 25 Kgs.

Sepidan Osareh’s laboratory has the most modern devices. The HPLC is the most important one that our specialists analyze the products by it to ensure that the products have the best quality. Lastly, The products with the Metal Detector machine. If the Metal Detector finds any metals, we reject the product.
