Sepidan Osareh experts collect the best licorice roots from Iran & also importing from our factory in Azerbaijan Republic.

Later we clean and dry licorice roots and then the machinery grinds the dry roots.

In the extraction process, we only add mineral water. there are no chemical additives during the whole process.

After that the concentrated extract become more concentrate by Falling film evaporator and then it enters the Concentrate Finisher machines for final concentration.

Licorice extract nugget’s taste and flavor is strong and also the color is brownish black. They are the small sizes of licorice extract blocks. In fact some factories require smaller pieces of solid (Blocks) licorice extract and this is the why we produce them.
